As I am working on my guest room and office redesign here in MTL, I was reminded to finally share some details about my home office makeover I completed at our Ontario home during lockdown! It's so important to create a space where you feel inspired! I still have a few things I'm going to adjust and add when we get back home for the summer, but I think it turned out pretty good! I am IN LOVE with how this feature wall turned out! Can you believe I put this adhesive wallpaper up myself?! I received this custom scallop print wallpaper from Livette's Wallpaper. It was not my first time working with it and once again, it is so easy to use! I love that it is removable too. Here is the link to my exact wallpaper. I did the custom colours of white and pastel pink. You may recognize this pink rug if you've been following me for a while...I stole it from Emmerson's nursery LOL. I ordered her a new one last fall and took the pink one for my office!
I wanted a bright, romantic and girly office space. I achieved this through the accents I added! First off, I am loving my Sugar Paper LA agenda this year. I'm huge on stationary and it checks all the boxes for me. This cute lamp I found at Walmart for $24! Here is a similar one. Shop my pink linen curtains here and this brass curtain rod here. I love how the pink curtains bring out the pink in the wallpaper. Also, everyone needs a "press for champagne" button in their office! I found this at Michael's years ago and now it has a home!
I fell in love with the Sugar Paper LA x Target desk a few years ago and ordered it right away! My desk was one of the first furniture pieces I bought for our house 4 years ago. Here is a similar option. Desk accessories can be fun to accumulate but make sure each one serves a purpose! Otherwise things will get cluttered fast and you want your work space to inspire you.
